Mini Ride Camp at Guldhest during Christmas or Winter Holiday
Come to a mini ride camp at Guldhest during the Christmas or winter holidays! The camp lasts two full days from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and there is room for 10 participants on each team.
During the two days we are with the horses both in the stable and in the saddle. We groom, saddle up and ride walks in the beautiful nature of Feddet, in the woods and along the beach, we also do agility games and you learn a lot about how to socialize and care for horses.
Two separate mini-ride camps are held:
Christmas Holiday: December 28—29, 2026
Winter Break: February 15—16, 2027
Each camp is an independent course over two days, and a booking applies only to the camp you choose. The price covers both days at the selected camp. The camp is for all children from 8-16 years old, at lightly rehearsed level. That is, you have learned to ride confidently and independently in stride and trot, and are safe in light riding.
Practical information
Remember a hearty packed lunch, drinking, warm clothes and footwear after the weather as we are outside for most of the day. We don't have toilets of our own, so you have to be ok with stepping out into nature. We finish each day with juice water and cake.
Toilet facilities are available at Feddet Strand Resort, which is passed on the way to us, but is located a few kilometers from fedgården.
Remember that all riding takes place while wearing a helmet. Feel free to bring your own, or you can borrow one from us.
We look forward to seeing you and introducing you to the lovely Golden Horses :-)
How to find us?
Be sure to read how to find us under the section find us, at guldhest.dk - at both mini-ride camps we are at meeting place 2 -Fedgården.
We look forward to seeing you and introducing you to the lovely Golden Horses :-)
Attention: the camp is only conducted with a minimum of 6 participants. If it is cancelled and you have paid, you will of course be refunded immediately.
